Welcome to FindYourUnclaimed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FindYourUnclaimed website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Reply200 Inc., doing business as FindYourUnclaimed ("we," "us," or "our").

FindYourUnclaimed provides a search service that helps users find unclaimed property records from official state databases. Our Service includes:

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state government, the State Controller's Office, or any other government agency.

4. Accounts and Payments

Some features of our Service may require you to create an account or make a payment. When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

For paid services, all fees are stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. All sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased.

The unclaimed property data displayed through our Service is sourced from publicly available state databases. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Any unclaimed property identified through our Service actually belongs to you or can be successfully claimed
• The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLY200 INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reply200 Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
